A teen who was hit by a Kent County Sheriff's deputy's cruiser in April has died.
Attorney Ven Johnson confirmed 17-year-old Riley Doggett has died.
The incident happened on April 8 and doctors told the family they did not expect him to recover.
Officials say they were attempted to pull over a stolen vehicle that was connected to other crime but the driver took off.
The vehicle then crashed into a used car lot.
Doggett's family says Riley was a passenger in the vehicle.
