Shinola is opening a store in downtown Grand Rapids.
The Detroit brand is opening a location at 40 Monroe Center in the Peck Building.
The company says they are working on a renovation and grand opening in a five week window when it normally takes six months to complete.
Shinola says they want the store open in time for the holidays.
