KALAMAZOO (WOOD-AM) - Documents indicate that Saint Joseph County Sheriff Mark Lillywhite was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving following an early-Sunday crash in Kalamazoo County.
Lillywhite, 47, spent twelve hours in jail after failing a field sobriety test, WOOD-TV reports. Minor injuries were reported in the crash.
The sheriff, his undersheriff and the department are not commenting.
