GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The completion of a $20 million project has again closed off a portion of Market Avenue in downtown Grand Rapids, this time near the Fulton Street intersection.
Upgrading roads, replacing a water main and remove a large trunk line sewer are among the tasks for the project that should be completed by August.
