The Grand Rapids Fire Department is ruling a fire at a business on Wealthy Street as arson.
The fire at Tatum Bookbinding on Wealthy Street near Eastern Avenue broke out in the middle of the night on March 14.
GRPD Lt. Bill Smith says the department was suspicious from the start.
Smith says they found evidence of a break-in while investigating.
The building was a total loss.
