Alpine Township Shooting Leaves One Injured

ALPINE TOWNSHIP, Mich. - The Kent County Sheriff's Office says one person was shot and injured around 2:15 a.m. Monday morning on Yorkland Drive near the 4 Mile Road intersection.

Deputies are investigating after no suspects or victims were found at the scene, but a person showed up at a nearby hospital. That person is listed in stable condition.

The sheriff's office has not released any suspect information, and it is currently unknown what led up to the incident.
