Officials say a man is facing charges after he shot and killed the father of his wife's children in the Walmart parking lot in Wyoming earlier this week.
Tyray Daquion Holliday is charged with carrying a concealed weapon, open murder and felony firearm for the death of LaVail Dwayne Walker.
Holliday told investigators he shot Walker after Walker got out of his car and had his hand in his pocket.
Holliday says he thought Walker had a gun.
