Grand Rapids Mayor Rosalynn Bliss gave her State of the City address on Tuesday night.
Bliss says the city's goal is to continue building a safe and stable community that has opportunities for everyone to succeed.
Bliss estimated Grand Rapids would see a 4% increase in population over the few years and said affordable housing needs to be a priority.
