GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - On Thursday, the Grand Rapids Planning Commission approved plays to transform a four-property site at Leonard Street and Gezon Avenue to bring in more apartments and allow The Peoples Cider Co. to expand in a mixed-use facility.
The building would contain 20 apartments, with two accessible one-bedroom units on the ground floor, in the new three-story building.
