A man is facing child pornography charges after authorities seized his phone.
Jonathan Burgett is accused of possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor.
The Allegan County Sheriff's Office says a woman reported she caught Burgett holding a cellphone up to her residence hall room while she was changing.
Police say they seized his phone to check to see if he had taken photos of the woman, however they found over 200 child pornography images.
