The landmark First Reformed Church in Kalamazoo is being torn down after 140 years.
The building has been vacant for years following the church closing in 2003.
A neighboring church purchased the building in 2018 and tried to find ways to keep it in place.
Repairs to the building were high and funding wasn't available for the project.
