North Ottawa Community Hospital has reached capacity due to COVID-19 cases.
The hospital has fewer than a dozen COVID-19 patients and state numbers show that roughly half of the beds are filled.
The system says that's all the staff can handle right now.
A spokesperson says more staff members continue to test positive which is making care for patients more difficult.
