PEW STUDY: 3 in 4 adults in US following Trump-Biden race closely

A just-released a survey released Pew Research study on Monday showed U.S. adults are increasingly following news about the upcoming presidential election, according to with 75 percent of those polled saying they are monitoring the race "very" or "fairly" closely.

The Pew study of U.S. adults showed 57 percent of adults said they are getting news about President Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden at least “several times a day,” with 22 percent saying they get this news “almost all the time.”

Pew researchers also found that almost half of U.S. adults, 48 percent, said they intend to tune in very closely to news coverage after polls close on Nov. 3.
