March for racial equality in downtown GR

Protesters gathered in downtown Grand Rapids Friday night to march for racial equality within the criminal justice system.

Grand Rapids based justice for Black Lives is leading the event called "We Will Not Be Silenced."

The demonstration started around 4 p.m. and protestors started to march to the police department around 6:30 p.m.
