Federal judge issues nationwide injunction against Postal Service changes

Sources say a judge has issued a nationwide injunction against the controversial U.S. Postal Service changes that have delayed mail delivery across the country ahead of the presidential election.

According to published reports, federal Judge Stanley Bastian, an Obama appointee, blocked the changes challenged by 14 states, calling it “a politically motivated attack on the efficiency of the Postal Service,”
