The Iowa Secretary of State’s office announced Friday.that it is sending all active registered voters an absentee ballot application for the Nov. 3 general election this weekend,

In a statement, Secretary of State Paul Pate (R) said, “Iowans have options about how they choose to cast their vote.”

Pate added, “You can vote from home, you can vote in-person at your county auditor’s office, or at the polls on Election Day. The key is we want every eligible Iowan to participate and to be safe while voting.”

Iowa's Secretary of State’s office said all absentee ballot applications include pre-paid, first class mail postage.
