Most COVID-19 hubs have questionable history

Of the 21 nursing homes set up by the state to care for elderly patients fighting COVID-19, 15 have a questionable history of fines and bad inspections.

The ProPublica Nursing Home Inspect website shows investigators had written the hubs over 1,000 deficiencies over the last three years on behalf of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
