Tulip Time 2020 was canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak, it need $1 million to continue the festival.
The organizers already spent $770,000 preparing for the event that was canceled and had to refund $440,000 in ticket sales.
The more immediate need for the organization is to raise $575,000 by August.
