1  Dry weather is expected today. Much of the Labor Day weekend will be dry, but we will see a few showers Saturday night and Sunday, especially south of the I-96 corridor. Temperatures will be cooler than normal, with high temperatures today through Sunday in the low and mid 70s. Temperatures will warm to the mid and upper 70s for Labor Day

Last night’s storm downed trees, threw boats, and flipped a barn!

We’ll get an update on how the weekend looks and where Hurricane Dorian is heading coming up. It’s currently a cat 2 and could strengthen into a cat 4.

2 Comey - NY Post “Leaker of The Free World"

The Justice Department's inspector general says former FBI Director James Comey violated FBI policies in his handling of memos documenting private conversations with President Trump. The watchdog office says Comey broke FBI rules by giving a memo containing unclassified information to a friend with instructions to share the contents with a reporter. The Justice Department has already decided that it won't prosecute Comey over the matter.

3 I-196 REOPENS | The I-196 bridge project the Grand River is nearly complete. It's set to reopen today. After months of work to widen the existing structure that was built in 1964.

FOUNDERS SALE | Founders Brewing Co. is selling majority stake in the company to a Spanish brewer. The Grand Rapids company made the announcement Thursday. State-filings show the original co-founders will keep 10% stake in the company between the two of them.
