SOUTH HAVEN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A 12-year-old boy died at a state park south of South Haven Saturday when he was covered by a sand dune, police say.
Police said the boy was freed from the sand at Van Buren State Park and then airlifted to Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, where he died.
