Homicide suspect charged in US-131 police chase, assault

WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — The suspect in the shooting death of a Wyoming mother has been formally charged in connection to the police pursuit and shooting incident on US-131 that led to his arrest.

Adam Kenneth Nolin was arraigned Friday with two counts of assault with intent to murder for allegedly attacking two officers, according to court documents obtained by 24 Hour News 8. He’s also charged with third-degree fleeing a police officer, carrying a concealed weapon and possessing a firearm while committing a felony. 

Nolin has not yet been charged for the homicide of his girlfriend, 27-year-old Tia Mae Randall. She was found dead from a single gunshot wound Thursday morning at Creekside Estates Mobile Home Park near Clyde Park Avenue SW and 54th Street SW in Wyoming.
