Kalamazoo Township teen arrested for terror threat

KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A Kalamazoo Township teenager is facing two charges of threatening terrorism, according to the Kalamazoo Township Police Department.

Police arrested the 18-year-old Kalamazoo Central High School student Friday after receiving an anonymous tip of a Facebook post the student had posted that threatened a school shooting. 

Kalamazoo Township Police say after investigating the threat, they determined the student did not have the means to act on the threat.
