A Wyoming woman (pictured) accused of attacking her parents with a hatchet while they slept has been convicted of two counts of assault with intent to murder.
Last March, Amber Wilson's mother and stepfather woke up to see her standing over them, holding a hatchet and yelling that she was going to kill them. They survived.
Judge James Robert Redford's staff told WOOD Radio the jury was out briefly before returning with their verdict today. Wilson is to be sentenced early next month.
